We’re proud to announce the completion of the 19-bed HMO project in Worthing. This large-scale transformation involved a full renovation of a former hotel, where our team completed both the 1st and 2nd fix carpentry, creating the essential framework for the build.
Each bedroom now features bespoke bathroom pods, seamlessly integrated into the rooms with expert precision. Additionally, we successfully installed structural steels, reinforcing the primary timber framing and ensuring the long-term stability of the building.
This project has been a significant transformation, converting the old hotel into a modern, fully functional HMO, ready to accommodate its new residents.
