We’re honored to bring our expertise to the historic town of Lewes, where we’re restoring a listed building in need of careful attention. The project involved replacing all the structural oak work, a critical step after the previous structures failed. To ensure safety and maintain the building’s integrity, we carefully propped up the first floor while carrying out the structural repairs.
As part of the restoration, we also replaced the rear roof, breathing new life into this cherished property. Collaborating with Sussex BPM, we’ve successfully revitalised this commercial unit. With the oakwork and 2nd fix now completed, our client is thrilled with the transformation and ready to LET the space.
This renovation has restored the building’s functionality while preserving its historic charm, blending old-world craftsmanship with modern techniques.
